Which course is which

Three routes, three different jobs. The calendar above lists the dates for each.

Lead Auditor

For professionals who will audit other organisations — working and aspiring certification-body auditors, consultants, and senior managers who lead supplier or second-party audits.

Five days inside the auditor’s side of the table: how an audit is planned, evidenced, led and defended, to the ISO 19011 method. A written examination on the final day is what separates the credential from attendance training.

Lead Implementer

For the people who must build the system — project owners, department heads and consultants taking an organisation from gap analysis to certification readiness.

Five days on turning a standard into a working management system: gap analysis, documentation, roll-out, internal audit and management review, in the order a real implementation runs. Written examination on the final day.

Internal Auditor

For the staff who run the internal audit programme the standard itself requires — supervisors, engineers and coordinators auditing their own organisation between external visits.

Two days that satisfy the clause every management system standard contains: a planned internal audit programme run by competent people. Practical assessment on the final day.

Webinar

A short online session on one subject — a standard’s new edition, a clause people keep failing, a change in the law that affects certified organisations.

Usually an hour or two, often free, and open to anyone who registers. No examination and no certificate: a webinar is where you find out whether a full course is what you need.
